Brushetta

Usually our summer-time favorite, but we had it recently and boy did it hit the spot! 
 Mini heirloom tomatoes chopped with roasted garlic, chopped katamala olives and some fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil and a little salt and pepper! Some times we add a splash of balsamic vinegar. Yummm!
Serve it over french bread that is toasted in the oven. Delicious
